Pros
The small nature of the company means there are not a lot of strict processes to follow. In theory this would mean you could really guide your work in a manner involving high responsibility. This is not the case.
Cons
Many young engineers start at the company to quickly realize they have joined a circus. Positive suggestions and functionality are quickly dismissed by out of touch management. This extends outside of the technical realm as well. Most folks realize that the situation cannot be remedied as a true solution would involve a clean sweep of management which will never occur. This leaves most to the resort to the only logical reality available. Young talent jumps from the perpetually sinking ship which somehow never ceases to stop scraping rock bottom.
