Chaotic and unsettling - Practitioner ICP Nurseries Employee Review

Long hours Over worked No resources for children Staff always leaving Always out of ratio Children escape from their rooms going unnoticed for long period of time Staff unhappy all the time Management don't care about our mental health Parents complaints get brushed under the carpet, unaddressed and sugar coated in the hope they get forgotten about. Always being pushed around from one nursery to another to cover the shortfall of staff Too many agency vs qualified/ permanent staff who cannot support us because they are not with us for long enough to learn routines or the children Management covering in more than one nursery, so we don't get the full support from our own managers anymore. Cuts being made higherup in the senior management roles, now we feel unsure who to report things to.
