Pros
There are good people that work here, but not enough to warrant putting up with the finger pointing game, and lack of pay.
Cons
Bait and switch with pay, promised a good pay increase when hired on permanent but don't get it. A lot of finger pointing instead of just finding solutions. Managers reprimand you for things you had nothing to do with in front of other workers. A lot of belittling and very petty comments towards you from management.
