I think ICUP is a great place to work and find it incredibly frustrating reading some of the negative reviews here...the fact that a handful of individuals who had a bad experience (mostly with one particular manager who is no longer with the company) can have such an impact a company's reputation. This is a place that makes awesome products and is comprised of kind, hard working people.

There are high expectations for employees. As with many small, locally owned businesses, every person matters and all tasks are vital to the life and growth of the company. That pressure might not be for everyone I suppose. But it is satisfying to feel like your work is making a real impact. In addition, in my experience, good hard work is recognized and rewarded.
