Pros

- My position did not require work outside of business hours. - Ability to work from home one day a week or an emergency

Cons

- Interviewed and hired based on a specific job description then it was completely changed to a new title and description without reassessing the compensation. - People get fired without any warning and without doing anything wrong. So always be ready to make your next move. - There was a significant amount of turnover which led to constant uncertainty. - ZERO growth opportunity. The manager said I was at the top of where I could go. - No training or conferences unless you are in sales. - Get everything in writing because management conversations were conveniently forgotten. - No clear direction or strategic digital marketing plan. At the end of the month when leads were low told to increase ad spend, instead of creating more engaging lead-generating content. - Did not learn one new thing. Nothing. - They do not pay out for accrued PTO, use it or lose it PERIOD. If you decide to leave (for whatever reason) use your PTO first. - Software is actually very good and has the possibility of doing very well with a strategic marketing plan that does not solely rely on scheduling a demo.

The success of the company in the tech space has opened up a ton of opportunities to join or grow with the company. The team really believes in the product and goals of the company. They go make efforts at communication with the team and try to engage all departments together. The people are friendly and helpful.

Cons

Rapid growth is sometimes hard to keep up with and many times operations will struggling to keep up. They are working at it but at times staff will experience growing pains.
