Pros
I've been working at ID5 since the early days and it's been exciting to see the company developing and growing. What I love the most about working at ID5 is that I get to work with many smart people who have helped me grow and develop as a professional. The ability to work remotely from anywhere is also another incredible advantage that has allowed me to move back to my home country and be closer to my family. To ensure we bond as a team and that we truly connect with each other, we organise regular offsite and team get together throughout the year. Another aspect that has drawn me to ID5 and that motivates me is ID5's mission, which is to make online advertising a better place. We do that by ensuring that users' privacy preferences are always respected while enabling publishers to attract advertising budgets so they can sustain their business and provide free content and services to consumers. The company is growing fast so there are lots of opportunities to grow and develop.
Cons
I don't see any disadvantages but working remotely doesn't suit everybody. So maybe that's not an advantage for people who need to have people around them.
