Pros
The team is kinda like a family, we helped each other a lot, had a lot of fun in the office. There are a lot of ways to learn, mentoring program, trainings specialized in IT fields, softskill trainings, video learning etc., you can really grow here!
Cons
There is pressure to meet expected numbers, we are not really listened. In my opinion quantitative candidate research is taking place rather than qualitative which is really sad.
