Pros
Despite the corporate structure and the many employees, at IDEX you are perceived as an individual employee and also valued. Even if you are not a long-term employee, you get many opportunities to grow here, including on an international level. Within my business unit and beyond you are always treated on an equal footing and with respect.
Cons
With cross-border projects, it's sometimes hard to be able to respond to the respective work culture and still do something uniform. But at the same time, it's a challenge that's fun.
