      Pros

      Hotel ownership, completely separate from IDM, were lovely, supportive and great to work with.

      Cons

      Drama. Constant drama mixed with lies and false promises coming from the top of the chain at IDM. Complete disregard for basic business budgeting and accounting. Lack of attention to the type of detail that counts, but ridiculous micro-management of the details that are better left to the direct hotel team.

      IDM is a great company with strong values and an emphasis on flexibility.

      Cons

      Smaller company means lower salaries, but the trade off with flexibility and work life balance is worth it

      Pros

      Almost none. Maybe decent concepts.

      Cons

      Drama, poor communication, poor leadership. Culture is pretty fake from everyone I met at corporate. They say one thing but something completely different. I also witnessed sexual harassment that was handled by corporate poorly and resulted in retaliation which is illegal. Really just about everything.
