Pros
I worked at the HQ located in Madrid. The job offered the opportunity to work in a wide range of projects, and start gaining responsibilities from the very beginning. If you like facing new challenges continuously, this is a very good opportunity. In addition, due to the fact that over 80% of IDOM's business activity takes place worldwide, the job requires you to travel oftentimes (definitely a PRO if you like discovering new cultures and lifestyles).
Cons
We worked very long hours (overtiming not paid), yet we hardly felt valued. Many of the managers need to develop their emotional intelligence skills and start appreciating and motivating their team. In addition, it was more than frequent to rush when working in a project - under these conditions, it was difficult to guarantee the optimal quality of the deliverables.
