Pros
The only positives were the work-from-home flexibility and a decent bonus structure.
Cons
I had a very disappointing experience working at IDP. The work-life balance was extremely poor, and the overall culture felt unhealthy. Advancement seemed to depend more on pleasing senior management rather than actual performance or merit. Senior counselors often manipulate the system to show inflated numbers, which creates an unfair environment for others who try to work honestly. At the same time, the targets and budgets set by management are very unrealistic, putting constant pressure on employees. From a profitability and transparency standpoint, things don’t seem very clear internally, and it feels like the focus is more on numbers on paper than real outcomes.
