Pros
The people at IDT are its best asset. The exposure and level of flexibility is also high. It means that there is a lot of opportunity to gain a wide network in the industry - if you have the right connections internally to facilitate what you need.
Cons
Unfortunately, IDT is not great at looking after its people. Frequent redundancies (every 2 - 3 years when growth can no longer keep up with wage bills). It's truly an American company - everywhere else is "rest of world".
