Thank you for your feedback, specifically targeted at recent restructuring of the business. As was communicated to everyone, our number one goal is to position the business for future sustainability and growth, not to maintain what was years past. In doing that, we did, in fact, remove a large portion of the middle-leadership as we consolidated departments and realigned some of the existing departments/solutions. At the same time, we acquired a company/solution that bolsters our Performance Marketing business while also hiring a Chief Creative Officer to build our creative services practice area. Focused areas of growth and evolution is not "out of touch", rather is necessary growth and evolution of the business. While we've made these changes for purpose of growth, we've also promoted many employees around the world because we believe in nurturing and growing people. While everyone, including the C-Suite, is replaceable, we don't take any pride in replacing staff, nor do view it as a way to impact culture. Focusing on a high performance, client centric culture will cause everyone to see growth and opportunity. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope this helps readers to better understand the full picture of which you're describing.
