Cons
They dont pay you the salary they mentioned while hiring. That's super cheap tbh for a company who's earning in foreign currency. Then they mess up your offer letters and make a simple process so difficult. The company keeps hiring interns for a low price instead of hiring a professional who has prior experience in the niche profile. Too many interns take up too much place and then the office randomly keeps sending you for wfh. Unlike how a professional full time employee would, the interns keep leaving and the company is always understaffed and slacking. This put a lot of pressure on the current employees. Only if the company started thinking big would it make sense. The worst part of my entire time here was the HR. Shes super annoying and purposely messes things up if you go to her with complaints or questions regarding the company. She has a revengeful attitude. I hope someone flips out on here for real. Like I Said it's a decent company even with the minimum growth factor. The management and HR is what ruined this for me. Im glad I had left this place long ago
