Pros
Very unique, young, and dynamic organisation, set up by some very bright Harvard graduates to governments and other policy makers in developing countries to make evidence-informed decisions in their programs, policies and development interventions.
Cons
It still is a young international development organisation, so still trying to find feet across the world. Difficult to locate who is doing what, which could delay decision making process. Remuneration is not great, understandably so.
