Pros
You’d be an absolute fool to pass up an opportunity to work at Itelbpo. The hours are flexible, management are reasonable and respectable, and the benefits and pay are quite good. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better company to work for in this day and age.
Cons
If you constantly need someone to sit over your shoulder to “motivate” you to get work done I advise you to look elsewhere.
