Pros
The other employees are very friendly and it makes remote work a lot better.
Cons
1) There is a lack of organization here. Supervisors are moved around like every 2 months to a different dept even if their particular group is performing well. 2) Did I mention that this company was founded by women, yet has no paid maternity leave?? 3) There is WAY TOO much training. Every week there is an hour long training where you must attend and take a quiz and you must get 100% correct. Meanwhile, you will get yelled at if your work isn't completed b/c you're trying to finish all of the training courses. 4) Managers are stretched so thin, so good luck getting an email returned about a question that isnt an urgent matter. Like hey how do I setup my vacation hours in the billing system? Crickets.
