Pros
1) Stable work if you continue to perform on task. 2) Organic structure so growth is possible from the first day you are hired with no corporate style hang ups or levels you need to meet to advance. 3) Work directly with your higher ups and managers so you really know what you are getting
Cons
1) No maternity leave is available only FMLA 2) Dental max is $2000 which in todays age is quite low, that will only cover a filling or two and no major dental needs.
