      Some very smart and supportive people. Remote work. Mobile stipend available. Management opportunities available.

      Cons

      Very stingy on simple things like holidays off and also benefits. Also proposals promise more than the teams can reasonably give. High turnover.

      Manufacturing environment so its not for everyone. Can be very hands on and the environment is very hot
