Pros

Timely Salary Credit One of the major advantages of my college is that the salary is credited to staff on time without any delays. This provides a sense of financial security and stability to the employees, allowing them to focus on their work without unnecessary stress. Good Infrastructure and Equipment The college has well-developed infrastructure, including spacious classrooms, well-furnished laboratories, and modern teaching aids. The availability of up-to-date equipment ensures that both students and faculty can engage in effective teaching–learning activities, research, and practical training. Convenient Location (Near Main Road) The institution is located close to the main road, making it easily accessible through public and private transportation. This not only benefits the staff and students in terms of travel convenience but also creates opportunities for industry visits, guest lectures, and collaborations with nearby institutions or companies.

Cons

Poor Leadership The principal is very selfish and biased, often putting personal interests above students’ welfare. Important academic and administrative rules are not followed properly, which creates an unfair atmosphere. Faculty and Staff Environment While some faculty members are genuinely good and supportive, most staff remain sycophantic towards the principal instead of focusing on students’ growth. Honest opinions or feedback are ignored, as many staff members side with the principal to maintain their own comfort. Lack of Discipline and Transparency Rules and regulations are not enforced consistently. Students are often confused or frustrated because the administration does not work in a professional or transparent manner. Unhealthy Campus Culture The environment is more about pleasing the principal rather than promoting education, discipline, and innovation. Genuine issues raised by students are neglected or silenced.
