Senior staff is full of knowledge and experience.

Pay scale is on the lower end.

PTO is alot more compared to other jobs I've worked and the work itself isn't that bad

No company raise in the 4 years I worked there. Often had to do the work of two people because of high turnover and max pay is too low. $21.78 is most jobs starting rate in manufacturing.
