- Good learning place as for beginner, need to pick up everything (not for long term)
Cons
- Management never listen to you - Management always right even they are wrong - As long as you are yes man, you can get promotion easily (lick to correct top management) - Most management is not competent - Those who really contribute won't be appreciated - Very political environment. HOD backstab their subordinate to protect themselves
