Pros
I have few very good colleagues there, and it is fun working with them. The office is nice and new.
Cons
The upper management is terrible, all cheap guys. They rather cancel the christmas party to save some pocket-money. But making bad decision all the time which casue more money loss obviously. They cannot value the good workers, so the talented ones leave after a few years. This impact the work. The management's newest desicion is paternal leave, fresh fathers can have 4 months paid leave, but the team doesn't get a replacement during that time, which makes the work impossible for the team.
