      Good pay. Benefits are OK - health insurance is NOT good at all. 3 weeks vacation days.

      Cons

      1) You’ll be expected to handle the workload of three employees. 2) The procurement organization has seen significant turnover (for past 7-8 years) due to ongoing cost-cutting measures. 3) The current leadership operates more like management than true leadership.

      Interesting company. Great teams in term of collaboration.

      Cons

      My contract ended with only 1 weeks notice. That's poor form. I would never have departed from them with at least two weeks notice. Typically, I provide even more than that.
