Suggestions for efficiency are often met with resistance rather than appreciation. - Inequitable Treatment: Significant power imbalance between internal employees and managed service staff. IT Vendor Management (ITVM) lacks objectivity and often fails to act as a neutral mediator. - Unfair Overtime Policy: The 2025 "Day Off" policy is exploitative, requiring overtime on two separate days to earn one day off, regardless of the hours worked. - Contract Instability: High turnover and short-term contract renewals (varying from 6 months down to 1 month) create a high-anxiety environment and lack of job security.
