      Pros

      It is a new Institution and it is trying to separate the common practices of government to become a modern and profitable Institute as an autonomous regulator of Telecommunications in the country. The benefits are very good.

      Cons

      It still has a lot of bureaucracy and people that had worked in government for years so they are very used to those practices. The pay is not as good as in other federal government places.

      Good work balance in general but it could vary from one deparment to another.

      Cons

      It's government and as every governmental entity is tied in budget to the current administration
