      Pros

      Having Working for IGA Russell island with the Jone’s & CO group IGA for 10 years has helped with improving/adding skillsets in Customer support, conflict resolution, fast paced etc. my experience personally was really good.

      Cons

      The cons was Career advancement, moving up the ladder career wise was and is very difficult to a degree. Everyone is different though. Management playing favourites amongst each other, that happened at my store though. Management bullying is another con.
