Cons
- "Merit increases" have replaced market adjustments and are laughable to other companies as they don't cover basic cost of living even if you score highly on your evaluation. At least 12% of the full time workers have to work second jobs to earn enough money. - You'll work hard with no end in sight to projects and never be recognized whether you work hard or are lazy. - Management begs for ideas on how to fix morale but won't lift a finger to actually do anything.
