      Pros

      You get to take the company van home. They provide you with the tools you need and lots of holidays off.

      Cons

      A lot of brown nosing. Your co-workers will rat on you if it will benefit them keep to yourself and don't share anything. Being on call is the worst.

      Lots of good things in my area & manager Good salary, decent benefits

      Ultimately did not value employees enough to utilize them or investigate what they were actually providing when layoffs were done in ambush fashion
