      Pros

      Work flexibility is good you can schedule the work as you like. Immediate managers are sensible. HR processes are good in terms of equal treatment etc.

      Cons

      No increment for ages. No promotions or opportunities. Age old hardware to work with. No technical advances tools are allowed (eg AI tools)
