Good to start with You can find good self development training for yourself which can help you grow professionally If you are lucky, you can find great team. But on an average all the teams are good and there won't be any sort of politics initially

LOW salary as per industry standards Less chances of on-site exposure or client interaction VERY VERY LESS chances of promotion Salary appraisal is not guaranteed every year In case if they increase it, you never know if it would be implemented from Jun or July or August Forget getting arrears from April onward in case of salary increase
