While the overall experience was positive, the role can sometimes feel fast-paced and demanding, especially during peak project phases. Timelines can be tight, which requires strong prioritisation and time-management skills. Additionally, since the work involves coordination across multiple stakeholders, decision-making can occasionally take longer than expected. That said, these challenges also provide good learning opportunities and help build resilience and problem-solving skills.
