      Great atmosphere, Great learning and there is always improvement and opportunity for growth. Management always looks out for their employees no matter what situation. Great place to work.

      Pros

      Some people are nice and takes initiative, help each other grow. Policies are employees friendly. One can go up the ladder fast

      Cons

      There is no vision and mission statement. There is no respect for talent. There is too much of politics involved. This made the company shut down there offshore operations.
