      free parking, in-house restaurant, cafeteria, lockers, free uniform, decent starting wage , cool products, breaks

      Cons

      Negativity, favoritism, a us-against-them mentality, use you when they need you, no positive feedback from management, and gossip. Most training comes from asking coworkers and not from management actually training you.
