      Work can be easy when there isn't a constant rush of customers Starting pay Acummulating PTO 15% discount throughout the store

      Cons

      Incredibly busy every single weekend Working weekends Pay isn't enough if its your only source of income for the Bay Area "Leader" would be rude to customers, and be condecending and belittle coworkers Issues with coworkers calling-in frequently making shifts much harder than necessary

      Great benefits. Very easy to accrue PTO.

      Cons

      Retail scheduling is inconsistent. You will need to have full availability every day. You will be working most weekends.
