*Don't demonstrate ANY of their key values (Ingvar would be turning..) which is the main reason i wanted to work for IKEA. *Claim to be one big happy IKEA family, it isn't. *You'll only get anywhere if your face fits. *Its not what you know, but who. *Management are narcissists who ALL cover each others backs- right or wrong. *Use bully tactics to make you feel inadequate, all whilst smiling.
