      If you like Ikea it is well run and fun to work for and they play all sorts of games. Great benefits and opportunities to advance horizontally or vertically if you stay in.

      Cons

      Mainly just the customers, who aren't bad people per say, but people are people ya know?

      Management The design can be really controlled You have to get approval from so many people Manager is micro managing
