Pros
Company comes with nice benefits paid sick and personal time, health benefits, 401K your usual package. Easy to move up in different positions just do your job well and you can quickly move up!
Cons
They pay isn't enough and not very flexible with hours or shifts, the store is absolutely busy and there never seems to be a down moment. Also at the West Sacramento location it is very short staffed in many departments and not enough hours.
