      Pros

      Great place to work, treat you very well. People are great, and customers are great to deal with. Really great benefits if you are working part-time and even better when your full-time.

      Cons

      Very hard to move up unless your willing to move somewhere. I've been trying to get full-time work for 2 years now and nothing! The people that are full-time never leave! Discount could be better as well but I'm not complaining.

      Benefits PTO and vacation The team is good. Installing the roomsets and media Picking design to a certain extent

      Cons

      Management The design can be really controlled You have to get approval from so many people Manager is micro managing
