Promotion Managers with know basic Knowledge - Communication and Interior Design Coworker IKEA Employee Review

Been a worst place to work at since new management took place and hiring managers with no basic knowledge and empathy. Worst Com In manager and only favoritism bring him to the position. A lot of great employee left since the new Comin manager and very poor self reflection, sad to leave a great team but my mental health is way more important then working under this poor management in IKEA Tebrau. Hope and wish great employee will get recognition and favoritism will stop being the main value in IKEA Tebrau as IKEA has great value to learn from.
