      Amazing work life balance. Nice compensation and benefits. Interesting projects with great focus on value for the customer. 80% of te time invested into work, and 20% into personal or technical development

      Cons

      No clear career progression paths - this is something that is said to be under review by top management. Not as financially competitive as some other big names. Not a huge budget for training.
