Pros
employees are really nice & CAN be helpful (not all). I had fun while working there (IKEA ORLANDO). you have to make it fun for YOU. find ways to make it worth wild. you have to have some passion some where or way in what your position is. I loved my supervisor, coworkers & the other departments on the same floor.
Cons
upper management treats you like "the little worker you are". they dont acknowledge you.. like they're too high & mighty to associate with you. the money gets to their head i guess. i can disagree for a few managers/HR ppl but MOST act like this otherwise. the customers (of course with ANY customer service job) can make or break your day. depends on your tolerance level. but for some reason the customers that come here are of a different breed! be cautious.
