      International atmosphere, fun outings and events

      Cons

      Long hours, low salaries, very unorganized company, there is a lack of an information management system - i.e. if an employee leaves, their knowledge leaves with them!

      Pros

      Lots of smart people working in a respectful, collegial fashion to make customers happy. Strong ethics at the top - people are treated with respect

      Cons

      Multiple people responsible for everything but nobody owns anything - makes it very difficult to get anything done.
