Commission structure is a joke they pay you $12 an hour and tell you don’t worry you make soooooo much in commission. This is true depending on location. If yours is slow get ready to be bored stiff waiting for people to come in spreading your time out between calling customers from a Verizon provided list or just straight up cold calling. Honestly if you think you want to work here just apply for regular Verizon wireless you will get real training and be in busier locations.
