Had to join at FAANG because of higher salary

None from my experience. I have nothing positive to say.

Unsolicited recruiter spam for a supposedly detail oriented digital content role that contained multiple typos and duplicated wording directly in the job title. The outreach requested date of birth, proof of location, LinkedIn profile, and references before any actual screening conversation. Communication felt extremely unprofessional and confusing: - email was sent under one name - signed by another name - linked to a completely different third email address/person Overall the process came across as sloppy, invasive, and spammy rather than legitimate or organized. I wouldn't trust this company at all.
