The company provides such a great environment with the CEO/Founder having a positive mindset and loving to give coaching talks to motivate his employees. Also, you'll feel comfy at home working here because the people is supportive and friendly, let alone funny and loving to make you laugh. There's lots of benefits including free snack and coffee being filled up quite frequently, birthday allowance, attire allowance, etc.

As much as the pros above, there's some minor cons regarding workflows among teams but it can be worked out easily.

Nice office in District 3

- Working environment: Very bad, not friendly. Boss and leaders are very bossy and conservative. Arguments happen a lot. Bad teamwork and time management. It is important to note that this company fired employees with no justifiable reason. - Culture: bad, not good for newcomers. Some trainee quitted in around 1 month. - Salary: Little increase and little bonuses - Benefit: Little, no private healthcare for new employees. Teambuilding trip is not pleasant and satisfying (only cheap and nearby location)
