I am about to leave due to an offer that was hard to pass, but I go with a heavy heart. I will miss working with all the residents, my community manager, the leasing staff, maintenance, and porters. Having worked for and with several major landlords in the East and West Coast, I can easily vouch that IMT has the most amazing people. From the VPs to the regionals, IT, accounting, HR, Training, etc. Their professionalism and approachability are unheard of in this property management world. Everyone is ready to help and assist you in no time, and all is so seamlessly organized. You will feel valued as an employee.
Cons
The rental approval process can be simplified; the application's rental verification and guarantor portion can be very time-consuming.
Due to the limited company portfolio, there is no option to grow in the city where I am located.
They don’t use Yardi.
