      Pros

      Plenty decent people, and long term stability if you want it. Nice new office, and 2% holiday bonus (extra week) from starting.

      Cons

      Some difficult characters in the team, poor management of people, very reluctant to engage in four day working. Very safety first mantra but happy sweep serious issues under the carpet.
