full of freedom to work as per the potential and great team to work in winning culture,I still want to work with ING..i was their in North india team was a most profitable part of Alternate channel Team.
Cons
top management team team is not very keen to grow and not able to take some aggressive decision,more than 50% of employees are having more than 7 years vintage in INDIA ING..and they all are use to manage their boss....they are use think that their boss are able to their JOB in ING....they all are not focusing on business or Profit.....they are use to make them non profitable Employees for the company
