Pros
There are a lot of benefits to working for ING. They have a great starting PTO package, and the volunteer time away is great. If you are willing to work hard and put in the necessary effort, your manager will work with you if you need to adjust your schedule. A lot of great coworkers and managers.
Cons
The pay isn't great, and certain locations (like Des Moines, IA) have limited opportunites. I think you trade pay for some of the good PTO packages.
